I'm trying to find out what a pony chiller is. Does anyone know what makes up a pony chiller? Where would this be used and why?

Maybe a chiller for a pony keg (1/4 barrel).

pony chiller usually used for small loading (product) and reduce the energy source because of power plant fluctuation.
