LENNOX compressor Noicy

How do I find out if the rotation is corect on a compressor that is runing very noicy? It is on a split AC unit M/N CB29M651P.Power 220V 3 phase.
Any other idea of the reason for Loud nice from compressor? The unit is woking OK after adding some refrigerant,(it was low)

HI u could tell correct rotation by pressure and sound
if to judge by your discription the unit runs ok but noisy? is this a scroll unit or reciprocating ?
how low was the unit ? what refrigirant are we talking about??????
