    ice machine (water filter calculation)

    Hi guys new to RE
i'm an apprentice and so still learning.
Is there a way to calculate water filter capacities to match the rate of ice production on ice machines.
or is it a guessing game?

    Cheers
    daniel

Re: ice machine (water filter calculation)

How much ice does the ice plant produce an hour or a day may be the answer .
Add a bit more for waste etc .

    1kg ice = 1 litre of water
