FFS90 freezer temperature alert

Hi

I have got a FFS90 that the freezer temperature alert keep going off on and some times the freezer turns its self off and wont come back on untill you leave it off for an hour

I defrosted the frezzer and still had the same problem a couple of hours after turning it back on

I have seen another post about it on here but that was over a year ago

It was saying that the frezzer was at -16c about 15 mins ago and now it is sayin it is +5c

Can anyone help me ?
