its not possible,you can use any samsung infer red RC from across the range or historically or the new (new to the UK) MWR WS00 hard wired RC

try contacting your local authorized service centre

iam afraid not the universal RC can be used to operate the system but not to input an option code as a universal remote will not have access to the "hidden" option code menu like all samsung remotes do
