Are your chilled water pumps running?

Re: low evaporator chiller water flow & chiller water overdue alarm
We need more data...
The alarm is actived based in what circunstances? low water flow? low outlet chilled water?
Are the pumps "feeling" a big pressure at the outlet maybe by a clogged filter or stop valve closed?
This would mades the VFD down the flow rate if the operating VFD is based on the pressure. However if the operating of the VFD is based on the differential pressure (pump outlet minus inlet) this shouldn' happened
Give us more information
