Faster Cooling
If an evaporator has more CFM, does it mean that it is going to cool faster compared with another evaporator of the same characteristics with less CFM??

Depending on which type of cabinet the evap. fan is installed. In an open showcase, cfm is less so that cold will not be wasted throwing it outside the unit. In an enclosed type like cold boxes, it need a strong fan so that air will forced to moved around the close space especially in freezer where cold air is dense....
