410a high pressure data logger
hi, everybody does anyone know where i can buy a pressure logger for 410a systems .
had a problem the other day with a unit showing hp fault
and cutting out but would restart after resetting remote.
this was happening at night as we had been there in the day with gauges on it , and it didnt do it , but come the morning it had stopped.
this was traced to a duff pcb after a lot of time, and its running fine.
if i could get a data logger to leave on the true high side i could of seen the trend , our logger at the moment only rated to 32bar i think.
and require 45bar
any ideas?

Re: 410a high pressure data logger
If you already have a datalogger that can handle a 0-5VDC or 0-12VDC signal try and get hold of a pressure transducer out of a VRV/VRF unit. Most of them these days monitor HP and LP and their pressure transducers just feed a signal back to the controller pcb. They are available as spare parts and the tech info should be around to work out what voltage output equates to what pressure.
