Recharging old Servel problem.
Servel Model 1158G. I got the freezer section down to 10.F and the fridge down to 40.F the boiler temp stayed at 380F. It ran fine for 10 hours, then the over temp alarm went off and I had to shut it down at that point the boiler was 420F. This morning after the unit cooled, I check to make sure I did not loose pressure it was still 385psi that was good. So my guess is I did not get all the water out when I evacuated the unit, which probably diluted the mix very hard to tilt a Servel that weighs over 500 lb, Or did I not have enough mix in the unit? Next a fixture for raising and flipping. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks Matt
