    Hi,

Breaking the vacuum with nitrogen, preferably with a dew point of minus 50 degrees or lower, is as we all know for speeding up getting a moisture free system. Breaking to a pressure, more than 200 mbar (eff), is useless because the work of absorbing present moisture is already achieved for 100% at this pressure.
