Is there anywhere tables on other properties (enthalpy, enthropy) of all known refrigerants? I found the software on www.atofina.com, but other manufacturers have not such programs.
Does refrigerant properties differ from one manufacturer to another so much that it needs to take into account?

Coolpack might help you out. It's free and it's good.
Regarding the refrigerants: R404a is R404a. R134a is R134a. R410A is R410A. Regardless of the manufacturer: the Rxxx number stands for a certain composition, and thus known properties.
