I'd recommend something like this... ebay link
they're totally inefficient.. them move 1watt of heat for every 1watt of power put in (which means for every 1 watt of heat absorbed by the cold side you have to remove 2 from the hot side!)
but they'll run right from you're soler panels, if they're only putting out 10% power then they'll still work... unlike a compressor
