Do you know what the cause was? And is it repairable?

Looks like damage from liquid slugging. The connecting rod looks like a pretzel.
If all else fails, ask for help.

It came out of a world famous soda bottling plant. The cause was too many drinks. The block can be saved but nothing else. The cost to repair is more than new. It is worth about $500/ton now.
