1. I AM FACING NEW PROBLEM, THAT IS ONE FRESH AIR UNIT CARRIER MODEL NO.38AH 044-O84 DX. THE GAS LEAK OUT THROUGH CONDENSSOR COIL.
2. I REMOVED ALL GAS AND BRAZED IT , THEN PRESSURE TEST,(WITH NITROGEN) THEN VACUMMIZED THE UNIT 6 HOURS, (REPLACED DRIER CORE) RECHARGE( GAS22) .
3. START THE SYSTEM AROUND 30 MINUTS SMOOTHLY RUNNING THEN LIQUID ENTERING THE SYSTEM SUCTION COME TO LOW AROUND 30 PSIG AND TRIPPING ON OIL PRESSURE UNIT SET POINT IS 10 C.
4. ICE FORMATING AFTER 'TEV ' .

Did you used electronic vacuum gauge and did you recharged new or old refrigerant? Try to heat TXV body with hot air (fan) or hot water and look for pressure change. Could be moisture freezing in TXV.

Finally I got the problem that is after TEV There is distribute lines , Inside this one strainer that is partially block Replaced it now it is working .Thanks to all for your kind co-operation.
