DB Chiller
HI GUYS
I have a problem with hartford compressor, it loads and unloads OK, but when in hold position compressor loads to 100% capacity
I suspect that problem is in unloader assembly, if anybody has any expirience with this please help

I found this on google. Is the compressor a screw if it is it might have a foreign object keeping the loading solenoid open, has this just deveoped recently

The problems strated this year when we did the sesonal start up, but last year some other guy changed the unloader assembly and for one year worked OK
My suspection is also in some small object that is keeping the solenoid valve A opened.
The compressor is vertical screw

Hi Ive had that problem with a stal screw, i think you should pump over the rtefrigerant and check the oil lines to the solenoid good luck
