Comparing cold rooms
Hi,
I am going to buy a cold room for storing\hanging meat, I have approached two companies who of course both tell me there product is best, can you give an indepentant opinion.
Room 1.
The size is 2.7m x 2.7m x 2m internal
Uses a veissmann cs2000se chiller
the insulation panels are GRP outer with a styrofoam insulation.
Room 2.
The size of the room is 2.8m x 2.8m x 1.8m internal
it uses a monoblock zanotti chiller, look like a uniblock GM unit.
The insulation panels are made on Galv steel with a food safe coating and a PU insulation.
The room needs to reach 1 - 4oC in a quick take and maintain that temperature.
