Hi.
After multible breakdown of suction/pressure valves in my 5H66 compressor, im asking you fine people for help.

Equipment:
Air condition unit
Carlyle 5H66 394
Refrigerant R404A
Oil: Bitzer BSE32
Speed 1770rpm(maximum rated by carlyle 1750rpm)
Suction pressure: 4,8bar
Discharge pressure: 17,5 bar
Oil pressure: 10 bar
Temperature refrigerant after evaporator 11 degreese celsius.

After multible breakdowns of valve plates i found clogged oil return pipe.
This is the oil return check valve that drain oil from sylinder compartment back to crankcase. Probably building up oil in cylinder compartment, causing oil in cylinder.

Because of earlier breakdown its natural to find debrees and clogging of oil pipe.
But on a new compressor i dont understand why.

This compressor was installed in january after same problems on past compressors.

Installed pressure gauge to crankcase, 4,8bar. following same pressure as suction pressure.

So my question is:
Why is this compressor giving me trouble?

liquid trap suction line checked for oil, none
Condenser checked for oil, none.

Pardon my english
Best regards
mm
