    cold storage for KFC

    Dear all,
I'm on project about cold storage for KFC in Vietnam. My company is a distributor of Emerson. They give me:
-18C room temp, 2*2*2m that is all.
I choose cdu ZX040E 4hP with R404A, amb temp 38C,evap temp -25C, cooling capacity 3.47kW, using scroll Copeland compressor ZX30kce.
I wonder if my choice ok and any ideas will very helpful for me. Thanks all.

    Re: cold storage for KFC

As per our experience, we use 2 x 3 hp for a 850 cft room. So this should work without any problems. Only the incoming temp is very important as this unit is not supposed to bring down the temp of the product
