Fast learning servisman
Hello again,
I wish to thank you Brian_uk and Taz24 for help.They
are good professionals and what I respect a lot is that
they help all the people.
I have now,more questions.
Please explain me how to works with charging (has scale) cylinder,all procedure or if you have short movie or clip how working with charging cylinder(This charging cylinder (with scale) have heating element),please send via my E-mail (E-MAIL REMOVED)
if not have a clip or something else please explain procedure and step-by-step charging method.
I also working with R407c,R410a,R22....
One more question:Charging cylinder with scale for
R410a where do I look in order to buy?

Hello again.
You will not get a charging cylinder for R410a as they were intended for single composition gases only.
The procedure to use a charging cylinder is.....
a. Rotating scale adjusts charge weight for ambient temperature - set scale to pressure on gauge.
1. Evacuate the the charging cylinder.
2. Connect refrigerant bottle to the charging cylinder.
3. Let refrigerant into charging cylinder and using the scale on the cylinder measure the required charge weight into it.
4. Evacuate system to be charged.
5. Disconnect bottle and connect charging cylinder to system to be charged.
6. Open valves to start charging, turn on heater element of charger.
7. Monitor charging scale/pressure to measure in the correct charge.Last edited by Brian_UK; 07-10-2007 at 10:35 PM.
