    Exclamation Fast learning servisman



    Thank you Brian_UK,
    You help me a lot,but I have,now,lot of questions about
    procedure for charging R410A.
    1.When I charge R410A in liquid form under vacuum,the
    bottle is upsidedown(because hasn't got dip tube in it),
    I heat with El. blanket, the top of bottle is vapor and
    down is liquid,does somethig(bad) happend with refrigerant composition(mixture two(%) of gases=R410A)
    and
    2.What happend with (when charging) R407C in same way?

    The R400 series of refrigerants should be charged as Liquid.
    If you charge as a vapour then you will cause the different components of the mixture to seperate (due to temp glide) this will cause the resultant charge to be wrong, causing possible temp problems when the system is running.

    Zeotropic blends of refrigerants (most of the R400's are zeotropic) are made from mixtures of refigerants that have different boiling points.

    If drawn as a vapour one part of the mix will boil first resulting in the wrong mix being charged into the system.

    If the whole bottle is going into the system then this is not a problem but if you are left with refigerant in the cylinder then this also will be mixed wrong.

    You only need to warm the charging cylinder if you are in a cold environment.

    If you are charging to a vac you should be able to get all of your charge into the system before the pressures equalise. (unless the the temp of the bottle has been alowed to drop too low)
