    Question Ammonia Plant

We are currently back engineering a Plant working on Ammonia after a Fire. The HSE are involved and we have been questioned regarding our water neutralisation method for small service jobs such as checking/ repairing Danfos PM Valves.

Has anyone out there come across a small recovery set similar to that used on *****s and the like.

    Just a thought.

I have personaly seen these units, they are fully automatic and exelent build quality.
I also saw the pump broken down into its basic components and the quality is exelent.

What type of questions were raised? This is a common practice and has been for quite some time. If you can share some of the their concerns I'm sure others would be interested.

I'm not sure whether there will be any response from Kevinxt.

His last post, above, was almost 4 years ago so he doesn't seem a regular visitor I'm afraid.

Right you are Brian. Just goes to show a person should read all of the information, not just part of it.

Do we have a make and Model Number available for these recovery machines? Those of us on the other side of the might have a use for them.

I'm sorry Quality but I don't see any mention of NH3 on the Polar website for their recovery machines, the OLE70 is for Fluorocarbons.
