Block ejector system for platefreezer

Optimar Giske has developed a system that is snap on to our platefreezers.

Here is a video from the test run on a system I commissioned last week (ship's out fishing now and not one phonecall )

at the end you see one of the factory workers loading the blocks into a new freezer by hand so they could run the robot one more time.

the automatic freezers have automatic block dividers. as the blocks are pushed up, the block dividers slide down and the freezer is ready to be emptied by the robot.
