Air cooled chillers vibration isolation
Hi,
We are into process of procuring 300TR x 6 Nos. air cooled chillers for one of our R&D centers.
The chillers are located on the terrace of the R & D center alongwith the pumps.
What is the vibration frequency range for chillers in general?
Ways and means to reduce vibration tranmission chillers to the structure?
Please guide.
Regards

Re: Air cooled chillers vibration isolation
Anti vibration feets under the chiller (normally, on heavier plant, these would be an enclosed spring with bolt holes above and below) and flexible pipe and/or joints in the pipework.

first of all you check the pump alignment check if your pump alignmentis not ok than vibration occour due to dis ailgnment .and you also vibration pad use in pump frame base.

^^ I think that you should perhaps check the dates before you reply.
