    Re: compressor vibration

can you check with your pressure gauge the cut off setting of the low pressure cut out.it may be setted at very low range that possibly bring the compressor running at vacuum.there may be chance of vibration and noise. i only base this on my own experience.

    Just try.

    Re: compressor vibration

It could be that the Compressor is pumping down too low and too quickly. This can cause oil forming, which in some cases cause the Compressor to rattle.
    Not very healthy for Compressors.

    Re: compressor vibration

    Hello Hitch,
Im long time not in field but in my experince
mostly i found is the rubber mounting of compressor and some times when i open the compressor the spring that holding the compressor came off, they are right may be low pressure.the other also if control either by pressure or thermostat the setting is very near ,the pressure is not equalize then it will start again.its so many causes actually. Im sorry im not expert.
    Thanks
    Cesar
