    Enemy of the fridge.

People may disagree with me but I would suggest that the worst enemy to a fridge system is us the so called engineer.
The worst thing that can get into a fridge system (comercial non amonia) is moisture.
Moisture can get into a system through brakedown but the main reason it is there is due to the bad workmanship of the engineer.
    Just my opinion

I remember a post by Chemi I think it was. He said his line was freezing up solid as he was charging, and found his (new) ***** bottle was contaminated with water.

    I agree partial!

The worst enemy is the boss of the refrigeration engineer who is used to work on say split units, but he's got a repair on a chiller and says you can and will do that job. If something goes wrong, the engineer is an assH*le and the boss stays clear of the sh*t.

Talking back to some of these bosses is the worst thing one can do, but fortunally not all are this way.
