condenser cooling water flow
I have 4 salt water cooled condensers . How would I find out the amount of water, ( gallons per minute ), That I need in each condenser. Hp 80 is the refrigerant in all 4.
The problem I have is that the old pump is not supplying enough water when it's all running and needs to be replaced

Re: condenser cooling water flow
The manufacturer of the condenser should be able to tell you what gpm's are required.

Re: condenser cooling water flow
What is the make and model number of the condensers? Also, you say that the old pump is not supplying enough water. Was it sufficient in the past? If it is worn out perhaps all you need is for the condenser pump to be rebuilt.
