Pomegranates Freezing rooms

Hello every body!

we are having a proposal to construct a pomegranates freezing room. could anybody has draft inforamtion on the preservation of this fruit?

We are doing a couple of projects where the pomogranates are being precooled and then stored in Cold Storage.

Freezing of fruits and vegetables are being done. But then they are in different forms. If you could kindly provide a bit more information as to what is that you propose to do with pomogranates, then may be I will be able to help you. We have done projects of precooling of various fruits and are at present discussing a project for freezing of peas.
