    Maintenance Manager Software

Can anyone recommend a good but fairly simple maintenance manager system for scheduling work orders? I'm using M&M's maintenance manager for PSM mechanical integrity work orders but am looking for something a little less user hostile.

Cheap or free would be great too

    Well,
Syclops is the dog's shiny bits.
    BUT (note; capital BUT)
    Cheap it ain't.
However, it will do everything, from looking after maintenance contracts and all the customer's equipment, auto generating maintenance calls to generating the invoices.

Actually, Hank is working on some control software for us.

I got the impression from the last M&M tech that visited that nobody really uses the maintenance manager anymore and they aren't upgrading it.
