punctured discharge line
I sit possible repair a punctured discharge line with solder, JB Weld, or even a compression fitting

Why the multi postings??
You are just clogging up the system.
To answer your question, NO you can't use the methods you mentioned.
Depending on what gas your system runs on, the pressure can reach anything up to 40 Bar.
The only repair you could get away with is Brazing but preferable that section of pipe should be replaced.
(Note; I only reply in this tread, the answer is valid for the rest of them as well)

The Viking is absolutely correct. Replace the high pressure pipe line instead of trying to repair the same.
