I`ve seen only Proba 50. It`s a very simple device, you can control following processes via output relays: cooling, heating, gas, ventilation. I think it`s more than enough for banana ripening room, Proba 110 has more computers features.

The Proba is quite old technology now - You can also consider using PLCs or wait for the new Ventech Controller that will available in about 6 months time.
