Hey all,
Just joined up here after poking around and already see this is much better then XS, much friendlier too.
I am currently about to begin working on a three stage cascade for Sdumper, I've done plenty of two stagers, but will be getting r14 involved in this build.

The parts;
Stage One:
Another 3/4-7/8hp Tecumseh Rotary compressor
Chilly1 Cascade condenser
Receiver
TXV
Plate HX Possibly, though might do a standard 1/4" in 1/2" depending on copper prices
And all that jazz of T's and pipework and filters and such
r507a

Stage Two: Sdumpers Rotary single stage de-commissioning

3/4-7/8hp Tecumseh Rotary compressor
Chilly1 Single stage condenser, or the original condenser without fan in front of condenser fan
Temprite 304 Oil separator
Packless 1k-Burst Hand Valve
(Into the HX)
Receiver
TXV
Plate HX
r1150
Safety cut-off, relief, expansion tank, de-composite pressure relief

Stage Three: Tecumseh 1.125hp Rotary
Half of original condenser as desuperheater, plus large coil
Temprite 304 Oil separator
Packless 1k-Burst Hand Valve
(Into Second HX)
(Into subcooler)
Capillary to Subcooler and evaporator)
Kayl Evaporator on 24" Braided Flexible Line
r14 + r740
Safety cut-off, relief, expansion tank, de-composite pressure relief

I'm now considering moving the large 1.125hp Tecumseh to the first stage, what do you think all? I will be building this stage by stage and any help is appreciated as I am semi expecting at least one or two problems to start occuring.
