    electrical heating cable issue

    Hi sirs
Electrical heating cable is using in my place. It's no problem in principle but I'm not sure if there's electromagnetic side effect to human body. Who know this issue? pls give me help

Heater tape is only cable with a different resistance to normal power cable.
The magnetic forces therfore will be consistant with all cables, motors, electrical fittings and other such things.
I would not think there would be any side effects from heatertape.
Why are you in such close proximity to heater tapes that you should worry about this?

    Cheers taz.

I suppose you can design it to run on high voltage DC if it bothers you. Just add a bridge rectifier and capacitor (or inductor) and resize the cable to take into account the difference between RMS and peak voltages.
If you have 3 phase power, you can just use a 3 phase bridge without a capacitor or inductor.

I don't think there's any actual problem with the magnetic fields.
