Could some one let me know if there are any technical books on CO2 Refrigeration System

That's a good request. Although I suspect finding books on CO2 refrigeration is more difficult than finding good books on ammonia systems.

I think there are some basic references on the Danfoss website. I would have to review the little bit of material I have to find exact information.

York / Sabroe do publish a book and its very GOOD, after completing two jobs in the Middle East, it helped out a great deal, in designing HPC / HPC machines.
None to sure if i can post it on the net thou, for obvious reasons.
But if you need any pointers let me know.
