Sanyo fault

Have come across a Sanyo ducted system which is showing a fault via the control panel power indicator light.
Displays- on,off,on,off, pause, then repeat.
This happens after unit has been on for several minutes.
Outdoor unit is very hard to get to so have been unable to check it out.
Would be greatful for any help.

Get someone to help you reach the outdoor unit so that you can read the data plate and also the ducted unit data plate.

You will then have enough information to compare it with the manufacturers fault codes in the manual.
