Plate freezers
What is the performance of plate freezers which are enclosed in an insulated enclosure against those who have exposed plates & no Enclosure is provided.
Though in India , almost all the installatikon do have enclosure, I have seen n Europe that plates are exposed & no insulated cover is provided.
The rooms are however kept at @ 15 deg c or so.
