I think you have a knack of finding out things which are useful to all in general. That always reminds me of my American boss when I was working in Saudi & he had a knack & nose for problems!!!

Danfoss will not install player program on my temporary Operating System (installed by some ___ wizard? - W95
where did you go?)

Any idea what W___? they require for it to work?
