need some help locating software

hello. i work at my family grocery market (its a small chain, only 2 large stores). we manage everything here of course, but need some help. we have plenty of refrigeration everywhere, but for some reason the alarms for them are not getting picked up by our monitering company. the company we use to moniter our systems also doesnt take that well of care sometimes, so we have decided to take matters into our own hands. so we need to find a program made by CNet that works alongside RC200 i beleive it is. more or less, we need the program (dos preferebly) to use our computers to control our refrigerators instead of calling up the company every time. any help is MUCH appreciated. thanks!

p.s. as you can tell, googling "cnet" isnt that easy a task

Will the monitering comapany not sell you the software or failing that tell you where you can purcahase it?
