Refrigerant Piping Guide
While looking for some information tonight I found a fairly good guidebook for refrigerant piping, details, and sizing.
It does have both IP and SI units so that is a good start.
http://www.mcquay.com/mcquaybiz/lite...1_01082007.pdf (3.3 MB)
If all else fails, ask for help.

Re: Refrigerant Piping Guide
The McQuay "Refrigerant Piping Design Guide" is excellent.
I especially like the pictures. The equivalent length table for fittings is useful and the sample calculations at the end reinforce the data.
One small problem that really grates me. Some dedicated person spent a lot of effort to product this guide.
Well done McQuay for publishing the product but come on guys, please acknowledge the efforts of your people.

Re: Refrigerant Piping Guide
Hi, NNNNNN
Partially, but to make piping for ammonia refrigeration system it is better to hire professionals for sure that is not DIY job.
WWW is a great place to see, learn and then do something, but definitely not a place to become specialist just by reading something. NHF, please
What do you need about NH3 piping system? Maybe we can help, please, post your question in new thread
Best regards, Josip
