Legionnaires

I am making a new flyer and want to put a little bit about Legionnaires disease and how important it is that the customer get their system serviced every year. Can anyone help with quoting laws. i.e. it is the owner fault if someone get Legionnaires from their system and they could got to jail. There must be a health and safety law regarding this, any help would be great
