Not quite 'fridge' but how thick some people get when it's cold.
I had a call out at 4am just before new year to a heating failure at a research place we look after, I'm the only commercial CORGI man at our place so get boths ends of the candle.
Anyway, it was -8°C outside with snow on the ground and it took longer to warm the van up than get to site where the guard let me in and took me to the boiler house. Yes, boilers off, low water pressure and all stop. Reset the pumps and started to refill the system and the pressure just wouldn't rise. So I suggested a walk round the buildings and plantrooms to look for a leak (and take one!). At this point the guard says to me "There's some water on the floor before a building where there is a main AHU but I thought it was water melting off the roof", yes a coil had split.
Now at -8°C I defy snow to melt at -8 but I suppose some people for forever hopefull.
