    Arrow Cool Air Blower

    Dear Experts

I need some help, I have to build the Cool Air Blower which use commercial air condition compressor, by some details as follow,

    A) From the Evaporator(built in cabinet) to the blow point(nozzle) , lenth ~ 1.5 to 2 m, Pipe dia ~ 50mm
    B) Need temp at blow point around +5 Celcius (below for better)
    C) Environment ~ 25 to 30 Celcius degree
    D) Working time of this machine around 10 minutes.
    E) Will use air blower for hispeed wind at the nozzle

    I have some questions,

    1) Can I use the Compressor(Commercial Air condition) R-22 12500 to 13000 BTU ?
    2) How many lowest temp at evaporator it can done ?
    3) How much temp. at the nozzle ?
    4) Can I use the compressor Tecumseh AWA5515EGE ?
    5) Please suggest if this not possible.

    Thank you so much

Hi Pran and welcome to the forum.

What is it that you are trying to cool down and what sort of airflow rate do you need.

Do you have to use refrigerant?

Could you use something like a Vortex Tube using compressed air?

or is this air cycle refrigeration. Ifsome the compressor you are talking about would provide the required volume, but much too high a pressure. You could try it and see

    Kind Regards Andy
If you can't fix it leave it that no one else will:rolleyes:
