    The set points would be as required by the system designers, yourself.

    Before we can give meaningful answers we need a little more information, such as.....

    Is the Cold Lab going to have people in it?
    What, if any, are the products to be stored.

    Are you designing a cold storage facility or a cooled labaroratory?

    What is your design brief?

    Since you are an engineering student you should realize you have to start with some design parameters/requirements, otherwise it's just a bad guess on our part.

    Once you have those parameters you should establish (and list) the assumptions you use as part of this design. It's all about documentation of the process.

    So far you have not listed anything for us to help you.
