1. air flow rate of room ?
2. air duct size ? 3. how much flow rate of chiiled water required to maintain the satated condition ?
Dimension of room

Re: Air Ducting calculation
What are you trying to do to the room, cool it, heat it, dehumidify it?

Re: Air Ducting calculation
1. you forgot the most important number= what's your load?
2. Required air changes (fresh air)
3. Outside conditions?
4. Requirements for filtration?
Air flow rate: bewteen 4 and 10.It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

Re: Air Ducting calculation
It appears that you require the complete load calculation and subsequently the system details. In such case you will have to provide the complete drawing of the space along with the details of the parameters such as the ambient conditions, required conditions, no. of people, equipment load etc. The most important thing that is required is what are you going to do to the room as Brian UK has stated.
