    Gibralter



    Is there anybody on the forum in Gibralter???

    I am over there in March for a couple of weeks so could do with some idea of a good drinking hole.

    It was the 'view of the apes' that got me, should it be plural Frank? I could only see one on the fence or where you talking about the rabble looking at it?

    Most of the bars in Gib are OK, Irish Town especially. Start in the Mucky Duck, hit the Captain's Cabin, then on into Irish Town.

    Been there in August 06, nice town. Worringly, the road to town just crosses the airport runway.
    Lots of bars and restaurants. Looks like any little town in the UK, but with the spanish sun. And they are driving the right side of the road.

    Went to venice mid week once. The only bar open late was an Irish bar
    Wife asked me what we did, went to an Irish bar was the reply, she still doesn't beleive me
