I was there and download something but have a small problem with Ashrae HB not possible to open maybe some advice from you
Tech encyclopedia is great but unfortunately in RU language.
Seems great page with a lot of nice and interesting things.

Ok! I'm understude. Now, in hnc.ru/man/books uploaded all Ashraes, that I have. HB 2001 and HB 2004 in .iso for CD.

It is priority in En of my 15 gb online storages.
My friend from Tomsk (his nik LordN on Russia forums) have big own library on LordN.hnc.ru and his home page lord-n.narod.ru. There are many books in djvu about electronics and hvac on Ru. And many links for other interesting place.

Looking at Air Conditioning Starter book I thought bad luck it is not in english and then saw page 34
Instructions, with pictures, on how to knock a hole in a disposable gas cylinder prior to brazing in a dip tube and service port Wow, my guvnor would kill me for that

At first, we learning this from German AL-KO Guys.
