I am looking for software for coil selection and total system simulation for air conditioning application. If it includes hydronic coil selection also, it will be superb!
Experienced hands, please help!. Ready to buy.

Many coil manufacturers have their own selection software for DX, condensing and water coils. Also please try the softwares available for download in the download section of this site.

Before one of the network nannies delete this message take a look. It is not an advert. There is nothing for sale. It is only a technical paper with some ideas on simulating refrigeration systems.

I have done some theoretical work in this area and published a paper on the subject.

Hi everybody,

Coolit software is not free .

For designing air coolers I have developed a software and use it all the time with good results.
Check the followings for free :
USAcoil and SPC2000.
I have to tell you that results from USAcoil are not always reliable (in my opinion).
