Seems link is ok only for EU people can come only to +Files

I registered myself but can only download general catalogue at bottom link sent to me directly from Daikin UK in last May.

If you can see the + Files what happened when you clicked on the 'files'?

It should open up the rest of the directory, I know sometimes it is a bit slow but...

Can click only on + sign (with fingers), but no response at all
on the "files" have only arrow no possible to click.

Lets try another route into the site....

then click on Technical Dowloads, you should be asked to register/log on.

With any luck you should now be able to see the files; if not then I am stumped.

Tried, came to dead end

+ Files the last point which I can reach

(I'm using Mozilla, installed JavaScripts, but that must not be a problem, or....)

Josip - It may be firefox causing your problem, I couldn't get anywhere either - I always use firefox, can't stand Internet Explorer but when I gave it a go on Internet Explorer it worked!

Same here wouldn't work at home on firefox but just downloaded a few now in the office on explorer.

Does anyone know which pdf will have the dissasembly guide for an FCQ100B? (normally at the end of the service manuals) I've got FFQ, FHQ and all the FT's on cd.

Hi Slim, check out under 'Service Manuals' then 'Split Sky Air'.

There are a couple of service manuals which have a reference to your FCQ but I've got a slow BB line at the moment so wasn't going to download to see, 5.4MB and 15+MB files !

Might be worth a look.

Funny you should say that Brian as I went into the Daikin UK site and attempted to download the file but at 2.68kb/s download on a 2mb BB connection I got bored waiting.

Maybe it's a problem with the Daikin server??

It was OK last night and previously, I know that my line goes slow at certain times of the day, whether it's BT or the ISP I'm not sure.

Hope the holiday/work away-day went well.

Downloaded 'sky air indoors 410a' (5.3mb!)
Found FCQ-D new hi cop range but no FCQ-B but presume dissasembly will be the same as they have only changed the facia and the pattern of the coil?
