    Misa Kit Freezer Room

A customer has a small Misa Kit Freezer Room........which has been decommissioned.

He has asked me to adjust the control panel temperature settings so it cuts out just above freezing. ie: wants to use it as a cold room

    Is this possible ?
Anyone familiar with that control panel fitted on that room?

    Thx

    Re: Misa Kit Freezer Room

    Hi Abe

As with alot of freezer rooms the compressor is designed for that temperature, in the past we have modified the temperature settings but we do put the emphasis on the customer as there will be more stop starts.

To the extreme we have fitted cpr valves to limit the suction pressure.

Its a bit hit and miss and you would do well to inform the customer of this.

Whats happened to your avator i liked the plane window shot.

    Kind regards

    Hi LRAC

This being a pretty old room, I kinda dont mind too much fiddling with the control and let it cut out at that temp........I think compressor on this is under the half horse mark, prob 14 cc

Yes, thats a good avatar, its a pic from a 747 showing a Air New Zealand jumbo, the one painted in that film colours....that big picture they shot in NZ a couple of years ago, The Lord Of Rings one
