Daihatsu Air Conditioning
Does anybody know anthing about these Daihatsu air con units. I have a customer who needs a new pcb controller for the indoor unit? Is there a distributer in the uk for such parts or even this brand? Any help very much appreciated.

hi this unit is a sub division of general/fujitsu and the same as hiyasu and now fagor has the same unit wots the model? thay are big distrebutors in spain.

Daitsu is the correct name for the make - the switched compressor ASDxxT series etc units look very,very,very like low cost Carrier R407 Allegro units...
Switched units work ok, but well worth giving a Q look control before hanging for loose bits inside etc. At least these imports are backed up by a European distributor, but their web page is a blobbly bore and details of units are hard to get at (Take note Web designers!).
Inverter units have a very simplified design under the bonnet - "You get for what you pay"
Waiting to get my mits on R410 units...
