how to improve the product

We made 100Kw below capacity chiller with evaporative condenser \ scroll compressor and plate HX evaporator. The COP is near 4.0. It's for many years but there is not many customers to use it.
The problem i proposed is as follows:
1) Cost is higher than air-cooled chiller
2)no heating mode due to the evaporative condenser limited;
3) service needed at annually start up
4) capacity is small leading to obvious advantage of energy saving

I hope to improve this product to get more sales. Eagerly need your advice! thanks in advance

Dear Lc,

After going through the thread and your unit, I feel that the size may notbe too small. The use of evaporative condenser is definately a good choice as it gives you the benefit of both the air cooled condenser as well as the shell & tube condenser.

Could you please provide us as to the temperatures propose to be maintained by you and the other technical details.
